A man suffering from multiple myeloma transmigrates into a world where grotesqueness determines one’s worth and power. As his cells mutate, he gains the ability to proliferate aggressively and create different versions of himself. These copies have shorter lifespans, but they are still immensely useful in this new world, where the rules of existence and power operate far differently from the one he once lived in.
